Each cohort call will focus on a common pain point of the group’s choosing. This isn’t about a curriculum; it’s about putting the power of the collective to work on current challenges. All calls are recorded and summarized so you can easily find those great pieces of shared wisdom. We’ll meet 2X/month over three months.
STRATEGIC SOUNDING BOARD
Need to dive into an issue more deeply? Want some help preparing for a planning session or a board presentation? Each participant gets one “office hour” per month during the duration of the cohort for 1:1 tailored advice and strategic feedback.
RESOURCE LIBRARY
Have a quick question that AI just isn’t getting? Ask your peers in a shared, private space. Plus, find curated tools and templates (like AI prompts) that work for your sector.
ASK AN EXPERT
Based on your input, I’ll invite experts to join a call and answer all your questions on a given topic.
